Timothy J. Donnellon, P.E., CPCU
Mr. Donnellon has developed and implemented long term solutions for Fortune 500 portfolio property transfer transactions, as well as for contentious multi-party PRP groups where the solution has enabled settlement among the group. Mr. Donnellon has built successful programs for complex contaminated property transactions across the US as well as internationally, including extensive work in Japan.
Mr. Donnellon is a registered professional engineer (PE) and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) with 21 years of experience.
Mr. Donnellon has extensive experience in both the environmental engineering and insurance fields. He previously served as a principal for Ecology & Environment, Inc., specializing in developing environmental solutions for companies with contaminated property and other legacy liability issues. Prior to this, Mr. Donnellon served as Vice President at XL Environmental in Exton, Pennsylvania, and manager of the Strategic Alliance initiative and Environmental Facility business units.
Mr. Donnellon has been widely published and has been a featured speaker on environmental management topics both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Donnellon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Massachusetts.
